I went in to look at a car I had driven past in the lot to find out it had been sold the day before. Dustin came out to the lot and took my number after figuring out what I was looking for. A couple of hours later he found out they had just gotten in exactly the vehicle I was hoping for. He went above and beyond to make sure we could see it on our schedule. I have a huge appreciation for and a big shout out to the service department at Pearl Motor Co. They have gone above and beyond in terms of customer service from start to finish. Aidan fixed my car the first time and took extra time to not only explain everything to me that they fixed but even a test drive with me before leaving to make sure I am comfortable driving not only myself but my kiddos as well. Because of this when I had a minor issue with my battery this was the first place I thought to bring my car. They are extremely professional with top tier service. I had transmission problems along the highway, Pearl Motors took us right in , ran the codes,they said to park the truck, then Pearl Motors gave us a new 4 door GMC to use. The repairs only took 3 days to complete. I could not ask for friendlier people to work with. Ps this was on a holiday weekend
